How to Return
Initiate Return
Go to My Orders, select the item and click 'Request Return'. Or contact our support team.
Pack Your Item
Pack the item securely in original packaging with all tags attached and include your order number.
Drop Off or Pickup
Drop off at any TRT partner location or schedule a pickup from your address (available in major cities).
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect your return, refund is processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the size or color you want is not available, we will issue a full refund. To exchange, follow the same return process and mention the item you would like in its place.
